Hi Janice,  Good to hear form you! am glad to hear about your move - it seems to me that  a smaller operation than ReMax. will fit more to your characters!  You are "individuals" that I am very glad to have found to help me with my move into Terracotta Lane. There have been 2 swans on the lake for about a fortnight now ( 2 weeks in American), there was a  heron bathing at the end of my garden this morning, and for a couple of days last week, we had about 12 geese - I assume making a stop on their way south for the winter.
